Guidelines to measure as per below 

-PTP (pit to pit) is measured by distance across the front of a garment, measured between the two armpit seams.

-AH (armhole) is measured by distance across the front tip shoulder and end pit.

-L (length) is measured by distance measured from the front shoulder to the hem.
